Microsoft Office: How do I set multiple autoshape defaults in Powerpoint?

No, not natively in PowerPoint. But you can create macros that will let you
select from a series of pre-defined shapes you code, or that could change a
selected object into one of your predefined shapes.

Takes some coding to do this, do you have any VBA experience? If not, you
may want to start by looking at:

to see if you want to proceed.
