Microsoft Office: US Bank with Money

204| Fri, 30 May 2008 20:08:00 GMT| nyse_19| Comments (1)
I just opened a new US Bank checking account. I am attempting to access my
new checking account via Money. When I go to add my new US Bank account, it
asks for my user ID and Pin.

When I search for using US Bank with Money, I receive this link:
http://www.usbank.com/cgi_w/cfm/ubank_online/money.cfm

It states that to bank online with Microsoft Money software, I must pay
$3.95/month after the first free month.

Can anyone assist me me in using Money to update my new US Bank account
automatically when I update my accounts, instead of "Manually" downloading
the file from the US Bank website to my computer.

Thank you.

It would appear that you have three choices. The "Third party"
method would be the free one. In that one, you supply your user ID
and Pin to Money who passes that to Yodlee to sign on to the bank
website for you. It then passes info back to Microsoft which feeds
the info back into Money. That process can take some time.

The paid methods would involve Money going directly to an OFX server
your bank provides for a fee.
